Quick reference for unfamiliar concepts when reading mechanics and strategies. Includes Chinese translations.
General Terms
- tick
- Game time unit, ~0.1 seconds. 10 ticks = 1 second. All cooldowns and durations are in ticks.
- Troops 部队
- Player-controlled population used for attack and defense.
- MaxTroops 人口上限
- Troop growth ceiling, affected by tiles and City level.
- Gold 金币
- Currency for building and upgrades. Base income 100/tick (Human) or 50/tick (Bot).
- Attack Ratio 攻击比例
- Slider-controlled percentage of troops committed per attack.
- tile
- Smallest map unit. "tiles" refers to territory count.
Buildings & Units
- City 城市
- Each level +250,000 troop cap, also serves as train station.
- Port 港口
- Spawns trade ships / transport ships / warships.
- Factory 工厂
- Train production source, works with railways and cities.
- DefensePost 防御工事
- 30 tiles range: mag ×5 / speed ×3.
- SAM Launcher SAM 发射器
- Intercepts atom/hydrogen bombs, cannot intercept MIRV.
- Missile Silo 导弹井
- Nuclear launch platform, 100 ticks build time.
- Transport Ship 运输船
- Landing craft, vulnerable to warships.
- Warship 战舰
- Naval control unit, HP 1000, Shell 250 damage.
- Trade Ship 贸易船
- Auto-travels between ports for gold, v24 global cap 150.
- Train 火车
- Land gold carrier, ally station visits yield 35k.
- Atom Bomb 原子弹
- 750k gold, inner 12 / outer 30.
- Hydrogen Bomb 氢弹
- 5M gold, inner 80 / outer 100.
- MIRV
- 25M + 15M·n, multi-warhead carrier, SAM cannot intercept.
Mechanics Terms
- mag
- Armor penetration coefficient in combat. Terrain sets base, buildings multiply.
- speed
- Advance rate coefficient. Like mag, affected by terrain and buildings.
- Spawn Immunity 出生免疫
- 50 ticks of attack immunity after game starts.
- Alliance 同盟
- 3000 ticks (5min), renewal prompt 300 ticks before expiry.
- Betrayal 背叛
- Breaking alliance → defense ×0.5, speed ×0.8, lasts 300 ticks.
- Embargo 禁运
- Blocks trade ships between parties. Temporary (attack-triggered) or permanent (manual).
- Fallout 辐射区
- Radiation left in nuclear outer zone, temporarily weakens attacker mag.
- Water Nukes 水核模式
- Allows nukes to affect ocean tiles with smooth circular damage.
- Terrain Manipulation 地形操纵
- v24 new: affects adjacent tile terrain coefficients.
Players & Game Types
- Human
- Real player, troop cap ×1.0.
- Nation
- System-named AI country, cap multiplied by difficulty.
- Bot
- Basic AI, numbered names, troops ÷3.
- FFA
- Free For All, 1 player per team.
- Team
- 2v2 ~ 8v8 team battle, 5-minute victory condition.
- Tournament
- Tournament-specific maps (Tourney1~4).
